Eligibility Conditions
Please read all the conditions and make sure you meet them before starting registration

The applicant must be of Saudi nationality, as shown on the national ID.

The applicant must be a resident of Riyadh.
3
The applicant must have an active bank account.
4
The applicant must not hold a commercial registration or employ workers, except domestic workers (driver, housemaid).
5
Male applicants must be 50 years of age or older, except those who prove an inability to work through a medical report, such as persons with illness, disability or addiction.
6
Tenants must attach a documented electronic lease contract.
7
The applicant must be the breadwinner of a family.
